If you want to upgrade after you arrive and it is too late for us to do it, we recommend that you call the hotel receptionist, who will verify availability and offer you a rate that you pay directly to the hotel.

We strongly advise you to obtain travel insurance before you leave for your vacation. Before purchasing a travel insurance policy, make sure that it covers all of the necessary coverage. As a courtesy, we can offer you travel insurance through our insurance broker. To do so, please contact us.

If you need assistance at the airport, please notify us at least one week before your departure so that we can make arrangements.

If you want to change your booking, please review the change terms on the quote we issued you and accepted. If you want to make modifications to your booking, please contact us so that we can assess the feasibility and, if possible, make the necessary changes.

Please refer to the cancellation policy on the quote we offered you, which you accepted. If you are no longer able to travel and wish to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us to discuss your best choices.

Airlines plan their flights months in advance, but they may need to adjust the flight schedule for different reasons. If your flight schedules have changed, we will notify you as soon as we get the information. If the airline has contacted you directly to notify you of a change in your flight, please contact us so that we can help you make the appropriate changes.

The voucher we emailed you indicates approximate pickup times. However, the actual pickup time may be modified approximately 48 hours before the transfer, and you will be notified at the hotel. Pick-up times for transfers are determined to ensure that you arrive at the airport well in advance and have plenty of time to complete any formalities and board your flight.
